The Extreme - Adjustable Anal Plug - Speculum - Dilator

Advanced Anal Play

For those ready to explore adjustable intensity and deeper sensation — precision-engineered steel that opens new possibilities.

The Extreme isn't for everyone, and that's exactly the point. This is a tool for intentional exploration — a speculum-style dilator that lets you control width, angle, and depth with surgical precision. Whether you're gradually training, experimenting with medical play, or simply curious about what your body can handle, this piece puts you entirely in charge.

The mechanism is straightforward: turn the screw to expand the dual prongs smoothly and incrementally. The polished steel is weighty, temperature-responsive, and undeniably present — this is metal you feel. Available in two lengths to suit your experience level, and with a switchable plug orientation, it adapts to a range of scenarios and positions.

• Cast steel construction Durable, body-safe metal built to last and maintain its smooth finish over time
• Adjustable width Precision screw mechanism allows gradual dilation at your own pace
• Switchable plug position Reorient the plug to change angle and sensation based on your anatomy or play style
• Polished surface Sleek finish ensures comfortable insertion and easy post-play cleaning
• Two size options Choose Short or Long depending on your comfort zone and goals

FB Tip: Metal can feel intense on first contact — warm it under running water or chill it in the fridge for temperature play. Always pair with a generous amount of water-based lube, and take your time with the adjustment dial. This is about control, not speed.
